Cherry Lux

The candied Michigan cherry inside is so plump and juicy it nearly bursts, and the chocolate shell has that satisfying snap you only get from small-batch work. I've already ordered a second box to stash in the freezer.

The Italian maraschino cherry has this deep, almost floral sweetness that pairs perfectly with the chocolate coating—I actually slowed down eating it, which never happens. The small-batch feel really comes through; it's rich without being cloying.

The texture contrast is perfect–crisp shell, then that soft, candy-sweet cherry center. I ate the whole box in one sitting and immediately regretted not ordering two.
