The crunch from the cereal bits holds up even after a few days in the fridge, which surprised me. That salty-sweet balance with the white chocolate is dangerously snackable, and the bergamot gives it a fancy twist without being overpowering.

The bergamot really comes through and keeps the sweetness in check, and that salty crunch from the cereal bits makes every bite interesting. I ate the whole box in two sittings because I couldn’t stop grabbing one more.

I was skeptical about cereal in chocolate, but the crunch from the rainbow pieces is perfectly balanced by that white chocolate and the salt. The bergamot really comes through on the finish, making it feel fancier than a candy bar.
