Took a chance on these because I love ranger cookies, and the coconut-oat combo in the ganache is incredibly satisfying. The chocolate shell has a nice snap, and the whole thing feels like a well-crafted treat.

The caramel ganache is perfectly balanced—not too sweet—and the toasted oat crunch adds a great texture contrast. This small-batch Detroit treat really nails that ranger cookie nostalgia in a sophisticated chocolate form.

The coconut and oats give this bonbon a nice chewy texture, though the caramel ganache was slightly sweeter than I expected. Still, the small-batch quality really comes through.
