The Rustler is a small-batch artisan bonbon crafted in Detroit. It features a ranger cookie caramel ganache with coconut and oats, delivering a classic flavor combination in a handcrafted chocolate.
The coconut and oats are perfectly balanced against that rich ranger cookie caramel ganache, it’s chewy and creamy at once. We polished off the box in two sittings, which says a lot since I usually ration chocolate.
The caramel ganache is dense and chewy in the best way, with those little coconut shreds and oat bits giving it real texture. I’ve already eaten two in one sitting, and the handcrafted feel genuinely comes through in every bite.
The ranger cookie caramel ganache is spot-on—the coconut and oats give it a chewy texture that plays great against the smooth chocolate. I grabbed two to share but ended up eating both before dinner.
