The fudgy cake center is so dense and rich it nearly melts on its own, and the buttercream balances it perfectly without being too sweet. I cut mine into four pieces to make it last, but honestly it's hard to stop at one.
The buttercream frosting on top is what sold me—it's silky and not overly sweet, balancing the dense, fudgy center perfectly. I've already ordered a second box because one tiny bonbon just isn't enough.
That buttercream frosting on top is what sold me — it's silky and not overly sweet, so the fudgy center really gets to shine. I ended up eating the whole thing in two bites and already have another order in for next week.
