The ganache is so smooth and dark it almost melts before you bite down, and the candied cherry gives it this lovely boozy sweetness. I’ve bought these twice now, they’re the perfect little treat with coffee.
The candied cherry inside is the star—it’s plump and boozy-sweet, and the dark ganache doesn’t overpower it at all. I’ve already ordered another box to share, but honestly, sharing might be overrated.
