That chocolate's cherry center tastes like the real fruit, not syrup—the Italian maraschino ones packed a surprising punch against the dark ganache. I've eaten a lot of artisan bonbons and this small-batch Detroit one felt genuinely special, almost a shame to finish it so fast.

The ganache is so smooth and dark it almost melts before you bite down, and the candied cherry gives it this lovely boozy sweetness. I’ve bought these twice now, they’re the perfect little treat with coffee.
