I was skeptical about the moscato caramel at first, but it's surprisingly smooth and not too sweet, and the pistachio gianduja underneath gives it a lovely nutty finish. One tiny square was enough to feel like a real treat.

The dark chocolate shell cracks with a satisfying snap, and the pistachio gianduja inside is so smooth I almost forgot I was eating a bonbon rather than a truffle. The moscato caramel adds just the right boozy kick without overpowering the nuttiness. I wish I'd bought more than one box.
