Karamelliserede kakaonibs Pocococoa-bar

The caramelized cacao nibs add a perfect, toasty crunch that really elevates the dark chocolate. Glad I gave this small-batch bar a try, it's way more interesting than your usual candy.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the caramelization comes through without being overly sweet. The dark chocolate base is rich enough to stand up to the crunchy cacao nibs. Only wish the bar was a bit bigger for the price.
